Organisational development programme - For an international company based in Geneva and Nigeria we carried out a SWOT analysis with the employees at the beginning of the process and as a result of this produced a vision together with the board. This was disseminated through the organisation with workshops. The feedback was assimilated and a final form of the vision produced. This was then used as the basis for a restructuring to ensure that the organisation and process were defined in line with the Vision.
