Negotiating in a multi cultural setting - Coverdale provided a series of seminars in Europe and South America for employees from the purchasing department responsible for negotiating in the global arena. The negotiation seminars provided methods and techniques for negotiation following the Harvard negotiation principles based around "win/win" as well as the element of cultural differences that nations bring to the negotiating table.

Dynamic leadership program (in cooperation with HP and Conversant Consulting) - This is a two day leadership workshop for participants from every corner of the HP globe. The two days, based around a workplace issue provide managers with tools and techniques that support managers in setting clear goals and preparing the conversations that they need to have to ensure better business success. It explores the attitudes that managers bring to a conversation given the fact that our attitude programmes any given situation.

Vienna: gateway to Eastern Europe - Coverdale Austria has been working together with Hewlett Packard for over 20 years working in the east European market supporting the development of managers and employees. In this time Coverdale has provided team development workshops and seminars, project management seminars, Negotiation workshops and the facilitation of workshops and events. The company has built up a wealth of experience in this time working with the different cultures and following the development of people and countries through the opening of borders. This has influenced the Vision of Coverdale International to the point that the Coverdale organisations have supported the start of Coverdale companies in Russia and Czechoslovakia.
