Leadership program - This leadership program is designed for young managers within the KN network. Coverdale has created and customized the following three modules: "Successfully achieving tasks with a team", "Efficient leadership through effective communication" and "Successful leadership in a very dynamic environment". These seminars are enabling different nationalities/cultures from all over the globe to improve their cooperation, networking, leadership and personal development. Most of the participants are based within Europe, Africa and Asia.
