Qualifying your in-company trainers:
We make our know-how available to others.

Are you planning to have a large number of employees trained on a specific subject? Coverdale will join with you in making this investment. Based on the training topics and designs you choose in consultation with us, we train your employees as in-company trainers – or ICTs, who are then qualified to serve as co-trainers alongside Coverdale trainers.

Your benefit:

>

Employees trained as trainers acquire increased process competence which they can apply in other areas of your company.

>

ICTs often serve as multipliers within your company. This becomes especially important during change processes that are supported by training programmes.

>

Delegates receive support in applying acquired skills and knowledge in their day-to-day work from trained colleagues who understand their needs.

We will be happy to advise you with regard to the selection of suitable employees. We apply our quality standards to the training programme for trainers.

Training leading to qualification as an ICT is ordinarily a three-phase process. In the first phase, an employee observes training sessions. Then, he/she is assigned as an assistant trainer and works under supervision before assuming responsibility for groups as a co-trainer. Every training assignment is preceded by a preparation phase and followed by a review. Participants learn methodological principles and the personal skills they need to lead training groups confidently and in keeping with Coverdale standards. ICT training to meet your needs depending upon the prior qualifications of your employees.

An added benefit: Your costs are reduced because you need fewer external trainers.
