After completing her degree in theology, Donata Gries pursued a career in Public Relations. She has developed a specialization in communication by augmenting her background with additional training in psychology. For the past 10 years she has been working in the field of human resources development and optimization of communication. Her focus is on educational management, leadership development programmes, performance management and coaching of teams and executive staff.
